Refund policy

At NODBEAUTY, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in line with UK consumer law.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and safety seals intact.

The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as damaged or faulty after inspection.

Before sending anything back, please email support@nodbeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Mystery Beauty Bags or items purchased during live sale events.

Gift cards.

Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

Reply to your order confirmation email with details of the item(s) you'd like to return.

Once approved, carefully repack the items in their original condition.

Send the parcel to the return address provided by our team.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 24 hours—though please allow up to 10 working days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Don’t forget to keep proof of postage!

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Order Timelines & Delivery Delays (UK Orders)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase. During peak periods (e.g. sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended—we’ll always communicate this via email or site banners.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners (e.g. Evri or DPD). While most parcels arrive on time, delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or high volumes.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

Please allow up to 12 working days after dispatch before contacting us.

If it still hasn’t arrived, email support@nodbeauty.co.uk and we’ll raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Courier claim process:

Investigations can take up to 30 days.

We may request a written declaration of non-receipt.

Replacements or refunds can only be issued once the parcel is confirmed lost or undeliverable.

Order Timeline & Delivery Delays (International Orders)

We’re proud to ship worldwide and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Dispatch Times

All international orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. During busy periods (e.g. promotional events or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer—we’ll always keep you updated via email or website notices.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout:

Europe: 5–10 working days

USA & Canada: 7–14 working days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 working days

Rest of the World: 10–20 working days

Please note: customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasonal demand can occasionally extend these timelines.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are set by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Please allow up to 25 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us.

After this period, reach out to support@nodbeauty.co.uk and we’ll assist in raising a claim with the courier.

Courier Claims (International)

Claims for delayed or lost international parcels can take up to 30 days to be investigated by the courier.

We may request written confirmation of non-receipt or additional details to support your claim.

Replacements or refunds will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is officially lost or undeliverable.

Refund Eligibility (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

In line with UK law:

If your order is not delivered within 30 calendar days (and no alternative was agreed), you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must notify us within 14 calendar days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
