Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Mystery Beauty Bags, as each one is curated as a surprise. All sales are final.
If you order multiple bags, there is a chance you may receive duplicate items, as product selection is random. We do our best to vary contents where possible, but duplicates are not guaranteed to be avoided.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@nodbeauty.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can help.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@nodbeauty.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to make any changes.
Most of the items in our Mystery Beauty Bags are full-sized, especially in the Medium and Large options. However, in the Mini bag, you may receive a mix of full-sized and travel-sized products depending on availability.
The products inside each Mystery Beauty Bag are curated as a surprise, so you won’t be able to choose specific items. However, if you have an age or gender preference, we’ll do our best to tailor your bag—just email us at support@nodbeauty.co.uk when placing your order.
